Cementation sounds like a great recovery process, so does SW/EX...I simply want one or both installed ASAP :).

But, it sounds like CopperKen has provided enough details about what the additional floatation cells are for to help me understand that additional soaking doesn't necessary create any bottlenecks, but simply provides more time to recover higher percentages. Sounds great to me!

Thanks for all the information everyone and willingness to get me up to speed since I don't read the boards consistently!
