Well you have to consider what really happened - It got to .03 on no real volume at all, small little trades. The trading right now is basically meaningless whether the PPS shows .03 or half a cent. As slazenger7 said, volume is the key and we don't have it right now so the PPS means nothing.
That's the downside with owning thinly traded stocks, you're pretty much stuck in them until they are back "in play" again. But at some point we will have our day, it's inevitable.
