In a conversation with Ken Stead last July, he indicated that they had a investor group handling their shares, This group sold shares but no funds got to KAT exploration. When this became public, the stock plunged. Ken's family funded KAT to the extent of using personal funding, credit cards, etc to stay fluid. This is why I continue to hold KATX as I feel that Ken's family is owed a debt of gratitude from us who are benefitting from their belief in Ken.

I increased my holdings and now feel good knowing taht Ken's family has seen their value increase as we increase. I trust we get to $1.00 and I still will continue to hold some KATX.
