At this point, the management team has had their chance to make it work, now its time to bring in reliable, credible, educated people who will know how to open a can of whoop arse on this land of treasures. Then we bring back all those employees who know how to work the equipment after they get paid of coarse!
Then we all meet in June for a weekend of fun, food, and great company! Lets keep our chins up and know we will be in a better place soon!

- How can MD be replaced?
- What is his role on the BOD?
- Is he not the largest shareholder?
- Who are the candidates to replace?
- Who is forcing the issue?
- Who do you think secured the financing, if it's true and how would they have w/o proving competency in the current management team?????
