While I agree that Strikeforce has no direct impact on the Stock per say I would disagree that it is not beneficial in increasing the value and helping Proelite the company and the Stock.
Every show they have increases the amount paid to Proelite, increasing the net value and net income of Proelite at Strikeforces own expense to hold the shows.
The more shows they have the more money Proelite makes under the Contract which amounts to millions as I understand it for the term of the Contract and beyond the term there is ability to negotiate it further if both side see fit.
And Strikeforce while it continues to License and promote Brands and Trademarks owned by Proelite they once again aid in providing cashflow/capital as well as Brand awareness at the expense of Strikeforce, its own shows and promotion. Its all good for Proelite!
As well as it show the more casual MMA fan/ Consumer that there are other Brands out there other than the UFC and always have been.
Proelite also continues to make money off a number of other outlets increasing the value of the company on an ongoing basis
including the Deal with King the Cage and other Licensing and sales from the Video Library and others.
While I agree the purchase is highly important and believe it will happen, Proelite still has alot of business underway increasing company value and for that matter net worth with little expense at this point. All Good!
I think this one is just waiting to explode and will after the sale is complete but in the meantime is not doing badly at all either with lots of irons in the fire and cash making its way in the doors on ongoing basis! All Good!
