Means a lot compared to not disclosing any information at all. But seriously there's really no reason for a company not to report everything they do unless it's going to reveal unattractive things about the company.
So, I'll have to disagree. I don't think it means much. I wouldn't touch anything that isn't current in fact I rarely touch things on the pinksheets. I have to sift through a few hundred companies just to find one to maybe dump 5K into. I'll invest in one here and there but it's just a tiny "gamble" in my portfolio.
You or I could list something on the pinksheets pretty easily
