Austin. The report was on the company website.
Not in a PR form.
It was a detailed review of the July 31st PR.

The July 31st PR said it was tested under real world conditions also just not as clear as this one and with as much info to the process of the test as this explanation on website.

Cooper said he would deliver on communication with shareholders.

He has so far succeeded in doing so.

Credibility will be obtained with the release of numbers and telco/chip manufacture contracts.

Until then we carry forward in the process towards that goal.
