Most of the things that these pinkie CEOs do does not make sense. So I can not answer your question.
I can tell you that in my mind as long as he is dumping shares no matter what the PPS is it will not move up any decent amount. I honestly believe that as soon as he can not sell more shares for enough money, he will RS this and start dumping all over again.
That is my opinion only and I sure hope that I am wrong but I don't think so.
