So if Carnes was in charge of handling the business pertained to the stock and Peter worked on the cars, and said transfer sheets were delivered to Carnes, you don't think he could have just not shown Peter? The reason Peter went to Carnes was to handle that in the first place as Peter needed help to go public. I am sure a teacher can selectively teach a student if they plan on taking advantage of them...
