Actually LC I believe that the company does have a new license and I for one am glad that they chose not to release the news without having first securing the LOC. It would have been watered down by everyone saying that the new license was great and all but how is the company going to pay for it and be able to market it? Personally I would just as soon wait until maximum impact can be gained from the release.

I have put up the definition of anticipate a number of times on this board as have others so I will not bore you with details. Nowhere is a promise mentioned here. Nope just re-read that release and didn't see the word promise in there anywhere.
Since the Gamechanger has been worked on since early 2009 one might infer that it is a complicated and difficult task and that we might not be privvy to all the details involved. Should we here on the board been notified about every detail of the negotiation process? NO,NO,NO, heaven forbid since I can't think of anything that would kill the deal faster than to have people discussing it to no end here on this forum.
