So, you have no idea what shorty sold at. 1,8 billion is a lot of stock. If shorty sold that much under todays .03 it will show in the trade history,, those numbers are readily available. The only time that kind of volume was traded was June 09, and all between .10- .28 so at todays PPS i'd say shorty could easily bail if he need to. At a healthy profit, I might add. It just aint so.. sorry.

This might be the end of Shorty as we know it. (and NSS)

Because this is how a OTC:BB and Pinksheet/GreySheets market works.

Stock goes up - More demand then the increase or issuance of shares

Stock goes down - Increase in the supply of shares less demand

Stock goes up again - More demand then the increase in the supply of shares

Stock goes back down - Increase in supply of shares then there is demand.

It's called dilution. You can do it with a Reg-D with registered shares, or do what SPNG did and dump hundreds of millions of unregistered shares.

Or you can blame it on the NSS or shorts, whatever makes you sleep at night.
