Sure there is and it's recorded as being issued to CEDE & Co. The actual split of those shares are recorded on the brokers account lists and probably reported to DTC also.
Your trying to tell me, that there is a certificate for 177,232,500.00, and 50,000,000 shares? Just 1 #, for all those shares in all those different denominations. To funny.
How do you think RME took receipt of their hundreds upon hundreds of millions of shares? Do you know how much that would weigh in individual certificates?
