If you install one of those trojan detectors it will go off constantly and most of the times its nothing more than fishing for addresses.
Software firewalls are mostly useless, a hardware firewall will do a far better job, as it isolates the IP of the system on the network, and doesn't annoy the hell out of you and create paranoia everytime something happens, not to mention not using resources on the box.
BTW, that IP is our of Korea somewhere.
