It's a pinksheet and they don't report to SEC. I could be wrong, but I highly doubt they are required to announce it in any specific time frame. There are those who have posted SEC rules, but it's not the same for OTC plays.

It should not take much longer to post news on new companies. Of course Dean will take him time as usual which is fine by me. It's his show, we are just along for the ride with a front row seat.

When the news hits that should be enough confirmation on the undecided among you that this is the real deal. I am already convinced and my portfolio reflects that opinion.
