no it's not and it's not specific or unique
to exph ..(as was noted contemporaneously
in this very *venue* on december 4, 2009)

but then DD can get info on why
this would be implemented .. illegal manipulation
of stock's pps by just *one* group could cause
these actions .. who knows maybe *internal* controls
are being additionally scrutinized .. as we post

can't wait for the coming weeks .. and all the info
that will ensue .. ;-)
