the a/s is maxed out at 1 bil shares , the co just raised it by another bil, no dilution as of today, just peeps running for cover. Ceo needs to come foward with a solid game plan that is friendly to shareholders if he expects peeps to buy more shares on the market or all hell will break loose here.
