It sure does not sound like the plan is to buy an existing AIM listed company so the plan must be to form a new one and raise capital via the sale of shares of that company. Some shares would remain owned by ERHE and some would be sold to new shareholders to raise capital. ERHE would remain on the OTCBB and the new company would trade on AIM. Existing ERHE shareholders would benefit via their ownership of the new company through ERHE. Although it is possible that existing ERHE shareholders would get shares in the new company as part of this deal, I doubt this will happen. Having gone through all the announced details, that is how I see this happening.
I want to be at the road show for the IPO of this new company where they explain they are raising capital to go buy marginal properties in the Delta. I just can not imagine institutional investors buying into this. So who are the new shareholders of the new company who are willing to invest in Delta properties going to be? Inquiring minds want to know. I sure hope it's not a bunch of SEO's cronies.
