Based on the current average negotiated selling price of $3.26/board-foot (BF)
and the projected $0.56/BF total cost of production, the estimated pre-tax income from the net lumber yield (721,000,000 BF) at Pela De Sapo is projected to be $1.95 billion (2010 USD). The pre-tax income produced from the net lumber yield at Prinzapolka (8.5 billion BF) would be a minimum of $20 billion (2010 USD).

The Company that Xynergy was referring to was Rich Corp., which is affiliated with ACDU. That's why ACDU issued an 8-K about Xynergy's offer and inferred the valuations were unreasonable.
