Why would management on Friday announce they're reducing the AS by over 100 million only to start diluting it 3 days later? There's no way they are diluting shares here today.
If you recall a couple months ago, there were only 2 mm's on this stock, they were NITE and WECK. When the O/S was raised during this time, WECK was the MM distributing the shares, so I would assume WECK would be the one to do this again. I may be off on this with the addition of NETW as "our MM". This is just retail selling today. Still alot of people holding sub penny shares (myself included). All IMO. GLTA.
