EI needs to put out a PR and put a rest to what they are doing or not doing.

From the lat of PR's and updates, they ain't doing much at all.

How do I know that they are still negotiating on the LOC and the Gamechanger? I know this because I have done what I told others that they should do and called Tony and had conversations with him. Of course he is limited on what he can confirm and I am good with that since I am not trying to get any inside information and since he is a very responsible IR he isn't going to give out anything that would be viewed as sensitive material.
