Do YOU understand the ORIGINAL AS for this company and how this crook has raised them TWICE without a shareholder vote or are you just trying to FOOL new investors?
This company's AUTHORIZED SHARES were 3 billion as recorded in the company CHARTER. Lets see now what is 17 plus 3?? Uhhhhh would that be 20 BILLION?!?!?!??! There were also only 300 million shares in the float when I bought in--now probably close to 10 BILLION. The dumping of those additional 17 billion shares isn't done,I never said they were,in fact I said it will go on into June or July,maybe longer.
He raised the AS from 3 billion to six billion to 20 billion and never ONCE got shareholder vote or permission. That will be enough OS when completed for every HUMAN on EARTH to hold about 3.5 shares yet you think somehow the price will rise? OMG...........
BTW,you can RAISE your OS number(dated Dec 22nd) by another 11 million shares and that's just through Jan 4. That's also with the markets being closed for several of those days. So...where do you think it is NOW,a full month later from your numbers?
