It's kind of difficult to have phantom/airshares/naked short postions that actually show up on a list of shareholders also, but that won't stop the disinformation.

Sure you can Jim, several ways actually, the whole t+3 deal allows enough time to shuffle shares around back and forth. Then of course we have the spongetech listing on the frankfurt exchange, which takes "time" to transfer shares over seas, and then of course you never know what games our brokers are playing with our shares to get around that little reporting problem. There are more ways too of course, maybe we can go over it tomorrow if i'm in the mood.
