Serious question here (not solely directed at you Mingy).

I've seen a lot of posts from SJJNAMARTIN showing lawsuits being brought up against "paid bashers", that he is adamant are here on the SPNG board enforce.

Are there any lawsuits brought up against stock "promoters"?

Stock manipulation goes both ways, correct?

SpongeTech has a lot of things on their plate. I wouldn't be surprised Michael Lee Metter and Steven Y Moskowtiz (Montgomery to some) don't become FUGITIVES!!!
