there isnt a single lawyer that has control over a client like these guys... they get in their messes... the lawyers job is to 'advocate'... but that doenst mean that the clients didnt completely screw up... and the lawyer says "cha-ching" with the defense bills... there was nothing strategic about any of this... the cards are falling so fast, nobody knows who's on first...

and still no filings... yeah that's it - strategy....

By not paying them, there must be more behind it, and for this we have judges and at the end we will know it.


what would be the reason for spongy to write a NSF check .. lie and stall and then send one from RME and stop payment>?

they just tried to shaft them .. if you can't see that after all that has happened .. I don't know what to say

and going to court they will.. because they have no choice
