Again bobber, you're missing it.

Less assets = less taxes.

You pay taxes on assets. They are a startup company, they have little to no debt, and they are making money. Their business doesn't require a ton of overhead yet, which can only help. Why would you saddle your small company with a ton of debt when you don't have to?

Doesn't make much sense to me.

On the contrary. Do you even know what an assett is? All parts needed for inhouse PBR and products already purchased and waiting delivery! Those are assetts. Lab devices are assetts. Employees of the company are paid assetts i they are by contract, well no maybe they are liabilities. So patents pending are assetts. Give Fish a call, maybe he can set yo straght on # of assetts.
