come on now, fisher needs RWE to produce algae, BEHL has NO operational PBR anywhere. RWE has several producing PBRS on their site in S. Carolina. On the otherhand RWE can sell directly to the buyers, why do the buyers need fisher? Why do you think fisher tried to get RWE to merge with them and what scared RWE from doing so?
