Nice post. I agree to a degree that BS is trying to clear up the issues with the divi's and no buys before releasing any news. Why release a string of PR's when folks can't buy and push the PPS to loftier levels. Pinky's are always a flippers paradise but they would kill any run with a released PR unless all brokers are aboard.
