lowtrade, what puzzles me is why would they announce the new share structure through a PR knowing the negative impact it's going to have on the pps? do you think they're trying to shake ppl out so that the insiders can load up at cheaper levels as they did in the past? i'm sitting at -70% and do not care for my investment at this point. they supposedly have huge contracts with Suncor Energy (SU) trading on the NYSE which has been a huge part of their revenue in the financial statements.
thanks lowtrade i'll take note of this. i'm hoping the reason for this is for the company to defend itself from a takeover. but the restricted shares being 11 times the amount of the float is a bit overboard in my opinion. is it common practice?
