The hardware issue will not affect the launch on Monday. As I said, the company has been getting the Level 1 data for weeks. I spoke to Ben after the PR came out and he said launch on Monday will not be affected by any outside forces. It will happen.
I would expect another PR on Monday morning reminding people of the link and provide more information about their subscription.
Just FYI, he said there would be no CC to discuss how to use RealTime. There is a complete users guide with the product and there will be tech support over the phone if needed.
When I loaded the software, I was up and running within 10 minutes. I had absolutely no problems loading RealTime.
