Again apparently your struggling with the reading comprehension here. Dr Kutz is traveling to the Ukraine with 2 members of the new management team DR was in negotiations with prior to his passing. In other words a new team not previously involved with the company that is going to be involved in some way in the rolling out of production on LTC this year. This is not rocket science.
