I nominate you as our front man for information along with a few others of coarse! Your presentation of questions is great and Charles truly does respond back as he has with me. Some have trouble getting answers but some times the wording and tone can be a turn off and Charles will get defensive if pushed, no doubt.
Yes, a human being doing a extremely difficult job and is the pr punching bag.

No, we are replacing them...they failed, not us.
