IMO, the pps is so low because of past practices. the public is scared of ipwg. they know it's there but don't wanna touch until the solid pr's start coming out and then the proof is in the puddin baby. real companys and real big time investers are watching and waiting, they actully do their dd, and what they have seen has been no follow thru's ever. once the chill is lifted and some type of SOLID, [not speculative] news comes out we are to the moon. all will be happy and content. well, i for one will be. good luck to all ipwg investers.
