As much as this was overdue and expceted it still is an issue which has to be solved, i would love, as much as it would hurt me, to see a RS of 1:10 or 1:20 to solve this issue with the OS and AS asap towards reasonable figures and with that a further reduction of the OS towards and the AS towards 220 million shares together with the uplisting to the OTC. Hope this will follow !

It doesn't make sense. How did the issued and outstanding shares jump so high high? From 125 million to 2 billion??!!

Also, knowing that the issed and outstanding number of common shares is now 2,029,489,138, why would they reduce the authorized shares to 2,200,000,000. That does give any room to issue new shares for capital growth, acquisitions, stock options, etc.

What's going on???
