smart of them. too bad wamu didnt stick it to the fdic in the same way. wells had the option of ''sale''...and wachovia benefited. wachovia was much bigger than wamu and still they got zapped, and denied tarp. the fix was in. the fix still is in. baby banks dont get tarp and are being seized regularly. only the special few were saved and 19 were saved from short selling....but, not number 6. wamu. life is not fair said jp morgan. oh how right he was. now what do you want? i want fdic to pay the difference between what wamu was worth and what they sold it for. im not into screwing the customer, in this case jpm.
