I don't think you've missed anything and I agree that the Judge's mindset is favorable for an eventual recovery. However I am searching for the rotten piece of cheese. That is, why are we at 10% of book value. I believe in smart money. Retail investors alone cannot get this moving. I am curious as to why we have not gotten more movement and volume at these still depressed prices. I WANT Tronox to recover. I have grand plans. I am still curious as to why the PPS is where it is though. Is the original plan hurting us so badly that we are only worth 10%? I would have assumed that larger funds would be scooping up shares on the possibility of a favorable alternate plan and recovery. I know that many mutual funds don't buy Q stocks and sub 1 dollar/5dollar stocks. But there are PLENTY of hedge funds and Mutual funds with strategies that would support owning Tronox shares. We still need a 900% move just to get to Book Value. Heck...we all know what is going on at Chemtura with PPS>Book.
I don't want to be emotional with Tronox. I am looking for the facts. Realistically the facts have not changed. I am looking for some sort of settlement within the next 60 days. All of this is my opinion only.
