oh i blame management, but, i also blame the fdic for selling a bank out that was solvent, according to jamie, for a song. they tried the same thing with wachovia, and wells wouldnt let them do it and got it instead, making the fdic mad. lol. there's lots of blame to go around, including management of wamu, as all the others....but, why was it singled out, a few days before tarp and while it was solvent ( jamies own words). that is the point. wamu made wrong bets, as did many many big banks. but something fishy went on here. that aint american
