the A/s is 750mm

the O/s is 739mm

750-739=11

QASP supposedly bought up 22mm months ago....

Hmmmmmm???? if they bought them, but now there is a difference of 11 between A/s & O/s....

well, oh, yeah, I guess they must be buying shares hand over fist....it's been going on for months!!! that's why the PPS was down....it's QASP buying up all those shares...

I agree. I have said that many times before on here.
Everyone keeps saying "just wait until the buyback starts" or "just wait until the buyback kicks into high gear".
There is no way to tell from watching the tape or level 2 when the buyback is being carried out. We have had plenty of daily volume for the last month for it to have been going on without anyone's knowledge.

One day soon, we will get a PR announcing the completion of the buyback. They got that $15 million bridge loan almost 4 months ago. When we get that PR, along with the new share structure, we should see a major impact on the PPS.
