The longer I watch this "new management" in action, the more I doubt that their "remote" way to operate US public company is going to work. And the main problem is: they are amateurs! It's hard to imagine how they can make American investors buy AURC shares. Cheap tricks (like promise of dividends) don't work anymore. The latest amateurish example - they planted a poster on Yahoo board. I visited it yesterday and can actually prove that this source of "encouraging rumors" is connected to Chegenev/Marushko team of "former Magadanians". No wonder they linked the board to the company website. :) Does it look professional to you?
Maybe the only hope to move this stock up is to mobilize iHub momo gang. They proved they can move even dead body.
