what will matter to current GRBG shareholders is the value that Allie assigns to WOW if and when he merges it into GRBG in exchange for shares of GRBG.

Yes, I overlooked that! Not only has GRBG been devalued by $250,000 in this deal, Wow has it's value inflated by $250,000 with this cash transfer. That's a swing of half a million dollars in valuation AWAY from GRBG shareholders.
