Count on it! He does indeed value the shareholders because he is humble enough to know and admit he is one also and the last thing he wants to do is put that in jeopardy because he himself is also impacted.

The history is HE does buybacks and has never encouraged or alluded to anything other than buybacks.

I believe Ken retired HIS (CEO) shares as well. He didn't even use SDVI's funds for a buyback.

There was a PR about it, but it is from way back.
