hey Carnac, if the math that everyone else has done with JV then i disagree that .02 by friday, i think .035-.04 is a better number that is reachable and still less than the math of .06.

today's lunch is rather plain, fresh shaved pastrami on rye bread with a healthy dollop of honey mustard, with a side dish of cotage cheese and topped with mandarin oranges. HA i love this lunch.
