Even if I was to buy up another 100,000 shares of stock, one or more exchanges is not going to let this stock go higher. I see where it wants to go higher, I can see the bids, but one or more of the exchanges are keeping this low.

You see the volume jumping when the price gets higher, and being lower no one wants to sell that much, so the exchange will keep it low for as long as they can until they get what they are after, or they feel they have to raise it more in order to get their requird volume - imho.
