Yes, two of the mods, one prior and one current, apparently work for DFW. Their pictures and names are on the DFW site. The DFW site announced the controlling interest on 17Jan10. The two ihubbers were posting here since early fall. Just read all the old posts until today. It will clear up alot for you.
