Why not? Other countries value free speech as much as we do, and are fighting its abusers too. The legal system is wrestling with the specifics, but not the concept of cross-border (transnational) litigation. Plenty of examples out there.

you are correct zinn. one of the major problems with canadian and UK courts has been whats called libel TERRORISM. zecevic is a libel TERRORIST as well as being a career conman and criminal. his canadian judgement, if ordered is worth less than toilet paper in the United States. the fact is the paper that any judgement he gets is written on wouldnt be worthy of even wiping my arse with it. Zecevic is afraid to step foot in the US and wont
