Fun. That is current RCCH. Look back when things started. On 4/16/07 TDAmeritrade stated manipulation and/or illegal activity on RCCH and required call in buys only. On 4/16 and 4/17/2007 555,650 shares traded. The total A/S was only 500 million and the T/A was open to give the legal share structure. The PPS was then walked down to pennies on low volume. Just check the chart and volume to see if my DD is correct.Then whenever the A/S was raised again huge volume came in even though the T/A was open and didn't reflect where that volume could have come from. Just the way I see it.
