No doubt, all these monies are used for emergencies...but who will invest in an earthquake zone and nobody will take the people either....it is up to the Haitians to turn it around...
hog...You may be right...When I went to St Petersburg Russia a few years ago I thought the same thing..All those building were built in 1700 and there is no way to retrofit them..I thought they should get a few good old American developers and move out 50 miles and start over..It would be a lot cheaper .Hard to fix rust and rot..
