Very Deceptive of Ley and XYNH to put out "deal" PR on the Nicaragua wood in that case.

I then contacted the people in Nicaragua and learned that they never had more than a coffee chat. No offer. No numbers. No proposal. No LOI. No deposit. No escrow. But if you read Xynergy's PR it sounds like a done deal.
