of course they did its in the agreement ...

spongy was committed to the 2011 season .. once the Yankees found out about the SEC wells notice and the lawsuit with the Mets, the NSF checks ..and the lies spongy and RME told the Mets

the YANKEES threw spongy out because they DO NOT want to be associated with such a bad company ..

there was no disagreement of any payment

the Yankees exercised the agreement clause and threw them out

the Yankees dumped them .. and spongy was happy to be dumped

btw, yes you made a point .. in fact, the point was - totally ignoring the obvious REASONS of the contract is rather silly on your part -
