Because at this juncture the jig looks to be up, people are starting to DIG and more dirt is showing up. I guess them not paying for the advertising and bouncing checks is fine with shareholders? Some will say it is a PLAN to trap the NSS i'll guess.
IMO SPNG advertised to get people to buy, then pocketed the money then stopped paying for the advertising. SPNG was getting away with it for awhile, but eventually like all good SCAMS the truth starts to catch up to you evetually.....like it is now with the SEC, NY METS and MSG.
PR's have really DRIED up, except for the ones that PROMISE a product that is not even in production yet. sound fishy?
Shareholders were led to believe the company had a patent on a delivery system it never had, revenues they never had, and a short that never existed.

Looks like they got all they needed to get out of this one. If my guess is correct, you will see the M&M brothers move to a new scam and start all over again, with the money from SPNG to front them.

Meanwhile SPNG is doing business as usual.

lol

cooking the books

issuing unregistered stock

running out on signed long term contracts ( Mets )

writing bad checks

I agree .. they are doing business as usual - only this time the public found out about spongys usual business methods
