FIRNA would have no interest in them. They are not brokers. FIRNA is a private corporation that acts as a self-regulatory organization, much like the American Bar Association. It is not a federal agency. It would have no authority over anyone who is not a broker and it can only levy fines and censures. It can pass on information to the SEC or other agencies but I am not holding my breath.
